From the moment our first child started at Sticky fingers we knew it was a very caring, helpful, fun and professional environment.
They provide a happy and playful community that both our two and four year old children love.
They are outdoors everyday which was one of the reasons for choosing Sticky fingers in the first place. They have wonderful open ended resources that nurture the children’s imaginative play.
My children have enjoyed the enhanced environment they provide through visits to the local farm, bus trip to the railway museum and many interesting visitors and the chicken eggs.
The team at Sticky Fingers are always welcoming, they give us a good handover at pick up time and my children talk fondly of them.

Our little boy has attended Sticky Fingers for nearly a year now, his start was delayed due to COVID. He has always loved his time at nursery although he only attends one day a week.
We looked around several nursery’s and as soon as we left Stickies both myself and my partner said straight away that was the nursery for us.
It’s professional, homely, caring atmosphere and lovely surrounding sold it for us.
The running of the nursery and the changes made due to COVID have been fantastic and never been a worry or concern for us.
He always comes out happy and is thriving considering how different the year has been for him and other children.
It’s lovely to hear how well our little boy is doing and all the things he’s done. Receiving lovely pictures on the tapestry app seeing what he’s been up to and how he’s getting on.
I’ve never felt the need to worry about him while I’m at work or wonder if he’s ok as I know he’s been looked after so well.
The staff have always kept to his routine and always checking if there’s any changes and how he’s been that week.
We don’t live in the village and there are 4 nursery’s that are closer and more convenient for us but we would rather go that little bit further for the right place.
Highly recommend the nursery.

Sticky Fingers has been an extension of our family unit since our daughter joined in July 2020…
It was a very difficult time due to the pandemic, yet the team all made the transition to nursery (for all of us) as easy as they could possibly do given the challenges we all faced.
Our daughter thrives at nursery. Her language is unbelievable for her age (23 months), she has grown in confidence, personality and independence as a result of being in their care.
She loves coming to Sticky Fingers – she throws herself into all the various fun and educational activities as well as enjoying the free play time especially outside. She is well looked after cared for and fed.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough – they all genuinely care about the children and the families that come with them. I trust them completely.
Fantastic setting with a fantastic team of people who have an ethos and environment for children to learn, grow and have fun in. It is – in my opinion – second to none.
